The developer is appealing the refusal to grant planning permission for their latest planning application for the former Western Marine site.
Bulloch Harbour Preservation Association is assessing the appeal document and will be issuing guidance here on what can be included in “observations” on the appeal. Thank you to the many expressions of support received. Some 270 observations were lodged with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown on this planning application which was refused in February.
